Based on my experience I define first two letters of D.C. Model Sr. Secondary as Divine (miraculous) and consciousness (intellect) because it is trying to engrave these qualities into the mind of students studying in. School is working hard to develop the students to be special and distinguished. It is doing it's best for the integral development of students in addition to course knowledge. The school realizes the importance of education in human life. School believes in the principle that "Education does not mean to have academic qualification, education means to have adopted that qualification, education means to have adopted that qualification into your behavioral and life. It takes the improvement as ongoing continuous process.

One of the best improvement process what I realize is filling up the target commitment chest by students and their parents for every unit test. This process will certainly ensure the contribution of parents in improving their child.

Some of the other distinct processes implemented for integral development of child's are MORAL AND BEHAVIOURAL EDUCATION AND SPIRITUAL REALIZATION.

THE DIRECTOR & PRINCIPAL

They both are far beyond of the reach of admiring words. One can experience it after having met and heard them. They have a vision, a mission, & have a firm zeal. These qualities they are transferring in students. School is not a business house for them. TECHING AND EDUCATING is an oblation and sacred bestow for them. Educating is their passion. They take themselves accountable for future and career of students, hence school is stressing on knowledge based education. They are taking different innovative, creative, supportive, progressive means & measures to enable the students to reach the new horizons.

THE TEACHERS

I have read a proverb "As candle burns itself lighter your home in the same way teachers sacrifice to shape, illuminate and illustrate the life of your child." I have practically experienced that the teachers are having dedicated emotions for students. They don't teach just for the sake of teaching, they teach & educate having understood the importance of education for life and living hood. The most appreciable acknowledgeable is their behaviour, attitude, method of teaching and their patience to hear the problem of students & parents. They don't only hear the problems but they really turn up with relevant solutions. They are delivering their best by creating positive thinking in students.

PS : Guardians & parents must not forget their cooperation, contribution and participation in developing their child. Parents responsibilities are not only limited to send their word to school & deposit the fee , " it is much more to that".
