We at this place provide fully equipped Labs & teaching through activities & Projects under the supervision of our talented faculty of Science department with due support of Mrs. Kanchan, Ms. Sapna & Mrs. Rakhi.

In the healthy environment of DCMS explanation of concepts is supported by an activity which gives the students hand on experience.

Objective of science faculty

Promoting scientific & technological literacy among the children.

To enable the children to understand the nature of science & apply appropriately the principles & laws of science.

To prepare the children to apply their knowledge of science & technology in solving day to day problems of their lives.

How can parents make science more effective for their child?

The examples taken from day to day life makes the student to explore more & develop in them a scientific temper & if the parents at home will also help the child to provoke their temperament, the child will definitely develop logical & practical thinking & we at DCMS also welcome feedback & suggestions from the parents.

The Music Room with all the latest gadgets and instruments such as Synthesizer, Guitar , Congo, Drum, Harmonium has been made available to the students. Indian classical and western dance are also taught to the students under the guidance of trained teachers. The school has its own jazz and pipe band comprising talented students who handle these instruments with competence. The school has a Music Club which is affiliated to Pracheen Kala Kendra, Chandigarh.

Indian heritage is endowed with culture of music and dance. The ethnic composition of music not only provides it variety but a strong traditional value also. Music fills our mind with fresh thoughts and eliminates the stress through concentration and positive vibrations.

Music weather instrumental, classical, vocal or any other forms would always sooth our mind & soul and prove to be refreshing.

AT D.C.M.S ‘Sangeet Sadhna Club' students are keen & highly enthusiastic to attend music classes where in not only there talent is explored, but they get the opportunity to express themselves for higher platform. Well equipped with instrument, our music club also provides active base for teaching and other learning.
