Some are good in studies, some in sports, and some in arts. I try to arrange different activities so that I am able to recognise the various talents lying hidden in a child other than academics and nurture them.
I think these extra curricular activities give them platform to expose themselves towards the competitive world. And help them to develop the overall personalities.
